By creating an account or using the TUK Grade Calculator ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by El-Bethel (contact: el-bethel@buyanzi.com) and is an independent study tool — it is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Technical University of Kenya.

The Service provides estimates and projections based solely on the marks you enter and the curriculum rules configured in the app. Results are indicative only and are NOT official academic records, transcripts, or decisions of any university. Official results are issued exclusively by The Technical University of Kenya, and in any discrepancy the university's records prevail absolutely.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the marks you enter. Curriculum rules, credit weightings and classification boundaries may change; we aim to keep them current but make no warranty that they reflect the university's current regulations at all times.

Access requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per student; sharing accounts may result in suspension without refund.

Administrator actions (onboarding, payment verification, access grants) are final with respect to service operation and are logged.

Full access is offered at KES 100 for a one (1) year term from the moment an administrator verifies your payment. Free preview access may be offered (currently limited calculator usage) and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Payments are made via M-Pesa to the paybill displayed in the app and are verified manually. Access begins upon verification, typically within a reasonable time after submission.

Refunds: because access is granted digitally upon verification, payments are non-refundable once access has been activated, except where we determine in our discretion that a duplicate or erroneous payment was made.

To preserve the integrity of your record, marks become locked shortly after entry (currently three minutes). Locked marks can be corrected only by submitting a change request for administrator approval. Attempts to circumvent locking, tamper with the Service, abuse its APIs, or misrepresent payment information may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; attempt to access other users' data; share, resell, or sublicense access; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your current access term, and we are not liable for any academic, financial, or consequential loss arising from reliance on projected results.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced within the app, and continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
